On Saturday the 5 of November it was Guy Fawkes. I have been waiting for Guy Fawkes for a year. For Guy Fawkes on a hill called Pork chop. They are the biggest and most amazing fire works you'll see.
So what they do is they let people go down to the river to watch them. We live about 200m away from the river so about 150 cars park up our Street which is very annoying sometimes. We have got a drive way that can fit about 8 - 10 cars up it so we offered some of our friends to park in our drive if they couldn't get a park close enough.
We went to the fire works with Liam, Ella, Connor and their parents. So they parked up our drive and we walked down to the fire works with them. It was a long wait though because the fire works weren't on time.
We didn't know when they were going to start and since we weren't expecting them to start they made me jump. And the first two were the loudest which was some curse. There was about 30 - 50 fire works and they were big, loud and awesome looking.
Liam and I were lying on the ground in a sun bathing position. I thought that we wouldn't see them lying like that but we actually could see them really well since they were so high and big.
Then we went home and we saw the lights of a police car which made the parents think the were checking peoples breath to make sure they haven't drink to much alcohol. But when we got closer we saw a ambulance and there was just one police car just sitting there randomly. And Liam and I looked inside to see what we could see and we saw a old person in there.
When we got home our cat was meowing and hiding because she doesn't like fire works.
